SECOND NOTICE
The Deputy Registrar of International Business Companies hereby issues notice that inaccordance with Section 45(4)(c) and (d) of the International Business Companies Act Chapter 270, the companies listed below have been struck off the Register. The companies that has been struck off the Register under this section remains liable for all claims, debts, liabilities and obligations of the companies, and the striking off does not affect the liability of any of its members, director, officers or agents.
