Requirements to Incorporate a Company include:
Availability of the Company Name – you may conduct a search of existing names here. You can also reserve a name in OBRS for free for up to 10 days. There are restricted words for Companies. View a listing of restricted words. It is mandatory for all companies to carry suffixes.

- Social Security ID of Company Participants (shareholders, members, directors)
- Principal Address of Company Participants

- Nature of Business
- Self- Register in OBRS
Note: Only a shareholder or a guaranteed member of the company may Incorporate the company in OBRS. Registration of a Foreign Company or a Company with Foreign participants must use a Licenced Registered Agent.
